SCREEN PRINTING
Custom t-shirts, hoodies, hats and more for Birmingham businesses, bands and events. 25-piece minimum. Free mockups.
Your Vision, Pressed Into Fabric
Most shops print shirts. We bring designs to life. Every project that comes through our doors gets the full attention of artists who actually care about the work, because we started as artists ourselves. That means your colors hit harder, your details stay sharp, and your merch becomes something people actually want to wear.
Whether you need 25 tees for a album drop or 5,000 uniforms for a national crew, the quality never dips. Birmingham trusts us with their brands for a reason: we treat every single print like it has our name on it. Because it does.

"I have worked with Steel City for several projects now and have had an optimal experience every time. From start to finish they have been communicative, thorough, thoughtful and have taken the time to make sure the art is print ready."
"Steel City Screen Print is THE BEST in the business. Everything has always been faster than estimated time, every design has been flawless and Andrew has a keen eye for detail and QC. I've been using SSCP for 8 years, and I'll never use anyone else."
"I can't say enough good things about this screen printing business. The owner is extremely hardworking, humble, and truly takes pride in his work. You can tell he's a family man who runs his business with integrity and care. The quality is outstanding."
"Incredible quality. I used them for my business uniforms and have been through years of washing and abuse. The prints aren't cracked or faded. It's like they're part of the shirt. Andrew is really knowledgeable and is really easy to work with. Great customer service."

What file format do you need for artwork?
We work with AI, PSD, PDF, PNG, and high-resolution JPG files. Vector files (AI or PDF) give the best results. If you only have a rough sketch or idea, no problem. We'll work with you to get it print-ready.

What brands of blanks do you carry?
We work with Bella+Canvas, Next Level, Gildan, Comfort Colors, Independent Trading Co., and more. If you have a specific brand or style in mind, just let us know.
Can I supply my own garments?
Absolutely. If you have blanks you'd like us to print on, just ship them to us or drop them off. We'll let you know if there are any concerns with printability.
Do you ship orders?
